2017 - 242 Pounds, Batches 36

November 22, 2017 - (T minus 2) Supply shipments have all arrived. Staged and ready to go so we can get an early start tomorrows morning. It's FUDGE time!



November 24, 2017 - (Day 1) 3 people + 9 1/2 hours = 126 pounds of peanut butter and PB-chocolate swirl fudge. Six more batches of PB-chocolate swirl to finish up tomorrow. So grateful our youngest son came over to help for the morning shift - I was amazed the difference the third pair of hands made. If he's not available next year, we may have to hire a prep cook for the day. Of course, we'd have to blindfold a stranger to keep the secret recipe in the family so I guess that wouldn't work after all.



December 5, 2017 - (Day 3) After finishing off 180 lbs of Peanut Butter and PB Chocolate Swirl fudge last week-end, we're back in gear to tackle 50 pounds of Limited Edition flavors.



December 6, 2017 - (Day 4) Cutting and packaging is our least favorite part of this process but very pleased with our upgraded packaging.



December 16, 2017 - (Post-Production) Experimented with some single serving options this year
